I interrupted the reading of Agents of Chaos II: Jedi Eclipse by James Luceno for this book when it came in from amazon.com. This is the last book in the 8th Doctor series. I read this at the hospital sitting with my son. I was disappointed in this book in that it wasn't a good ending to the series even though we now know where the Doctor's memories went.

The Doctor's home planet of Gallifrey has been destroyed. The Time Lords are dead, their TARDISes annihilated.
