Incredible Hulk & Hercules

Last work by Mark Gruenwald?  Story deals with the repercussions of losing most of the Marvel heroes during the Onslaught crossover.  At this point in time, it seems that Hulk, Hercules, and Black Widow are the only members of the old Avengers left.

Hercules returns from space to find the Avengers gone.  He goes looking for the Hulk who may either know something, or be able to help him.
