The school swim team are doing great but there are apparently being killed off in order of the best performers.  The group investigate as Xander goes undercover by joining the team.  Apparently the coach, in his lust for victory, has been pumping steroid like toxins into the steam room causing the student to morph into sea creatures.  It's up to Buffy to stop him.
