Faith escapes after Buffy stabs her and she falls from the roof onto a truck.  Buffy gets Angel to drink her blood.  Angel stops before she dies but she goes into a coma.  Giles and the gang draw up plans to stop the ascension.

Note: This episode was also delayed like Earshot but with less support from Joss Whedon.
