Sarah Jane Smith has some new neighbors.  Maria, the young girl that moved in across the street with her father, sees some strange things at Sarah Jane's house.  Along with this, she finds herself involved in some more strange happenings when her new friend takes her to the Bubble Shock plant where the new soft drink is bottled.  She joins up with Sarah Jane to stop an invasion of Earth by the alien Bane.
